If something is wrong, we print it again.

Every copy is printed for the person who ordered it, so we cannot take back a book you simply changed your mind about. What we can do is make it right when the book is not right.

Damaged, misprinted, or badly bound

Email hello@snowdigitalgroup.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and your order email address. We will print and ship a replacement at no cost. You do not need to send the faulty copy back.

Lost in the mail

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after the expected delivery window, email us and we will reship.

Wrong address

If the address you entered was incomplete or wrong and the parcel is returned to the printer, we will reship once to a corrected address for the cost of postage. If it is not returned, we cannot replace it.

Cancelling

Email us as soon as you can. If the order has not yet gone to print, we refund in full. Once printing has started, we cannot cancel.
