What we know about you, and why.

What we collect

When you order, Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, phone number and payment details. We receive everything except your card number, which stays with Stripe. When you email us, we keep the email.

Why

To print and ship your book, to send you a receipt, to answer your questions, and to reprint if something goes wrong. That is the whole list. We do not sell or rent your information and we do not send marketing email.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payment) and Lulu Press, Inc. (printing and shipping) receive what they need to do their part: Stripe your payment details, Lulu your name, address, phone and email for the shipment. Our website is hosted on Vercel. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Stripe's checkout page sets the cookies it needs to prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

Order records stay in Stripe and Lulu for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting, then are deleted. Emails are kept while there is an open question and deleted afterwards.

Your rights

Email hello@snowdigitalgroup.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will do so unless a law requires us to keep a record.

Children

The books are for children; the shop is for grown-ups. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
